  • 50 hours of Independent Learning – Research, reading, self-reflection.

Yes. The program is designed for both practicing and aspiring teachers. If you are not teaching currently, you can still benefit by applying learning into simulated or peer-based environments.

The CICTL course runs for 6 months, with a balanced structure of guided, independent, and work-based learning.

Yes. CICTL is awarded by CAIE Education and is highly valued by schools worldwide.

It helps you become reflective, innovative, responsible, collaborative, and engaging—key attributes required for effective 21st-century teaching.

The CICTL develops:
  • Pedagogical Content Knowledge – Strong subject + pedagogy expertise.
